Stocks Hold Early Gains After Open

15 minutes after the opening bell and stocks are holding to strong early gains. The Dow is up 166 points, the S&P 500 is up 19, and Nasdaq is up 54. Meanwhile, Gold is down 1.35 and Crude is down 1.1%
