Stock Futures Tumble as Ukraine Situation Intensifies

Dow futures are down 411 points, S&P 500 futures are down 60 and Nasdaq futures are down 265 as Russian President Vladimir Putin recognized two breakaway regions in eastern Ukraine, which he could use to justify an assault on the country.
