Boeing (NYSE: BA) has acquired Miro Technologies, a privately held software company specializing in enterprise asset and supply chain management; maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services; and Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) management for government and commercial customers worldwide.
Miro will become part of the Global Services & Support (GS&S) business within Boeing Defense, Space & Security. Miro expands a suite of GS&S products that link and fuse data from existing systems for improved mission readiness and reduced sustainment costs.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
