VSee Health reports revenue growth after selling VSee Lab unit

VSee Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSEE) reported pro-forma revenue growth following its sale of VSee Lab on May 31, 2026, according to a company press release.
The Houston-based telehealth company said its iDoc telehealth platform and enterprise healthcare solutions segment recorded 60% revenue growth to $8 million in 2025 and 70% revenue growth to $2.5 million in the first quarter of 2026. The company also reported an approximate reduction of $6 million in annual operating expenses following the divestiture.
VSee Health said several large Integrated Health Network multi-year contracts signed throughout 2025 are continuing to roll out and add telehealth services.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Imoigele Aisiku said, "Nearly one month since our decision to separate out VSee Lab and we are already seeing improved operational and financial efficiencies." He added that the company believes achieving "$20 million revenue and profitability over the next 12 months is a realistic target."
