ibex names Michael Ringman as chief technology officer

ibex (NASDAQ: IBEX) announced the appointment of Michael Ringman as Chief Technology Officer, according to a company statement. Ringman brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience from TTEC and Telus Digital.
As CTO, Ringman will lead ibex's technology strategy for building and deploying AI solutions for clients. He will also oversee global infrastructure and IT security operations.
"We are delighted to welcome Michael to ibex," said Bob Dechant, CEO of ibex. "Michael brings an enormous amount of knowledge in both areas and will help accelerate our leadership position in the industry."
Ringman previously spent over 13 years at TELUS International, where he restructured regional IT organizations into a unified shared services model. He also held multiple leadership positions at TeleTech Holdings Inc. for nearly 12 years, including Vice President of Global Technology Infrastructure, managing a $40 million budget and leading more than 80 technology professionals.

ibex operates approximately 30 global facilities and employs more than 33,000 people. The company provides business process outsourcing, digital marketing, and customer engagement solutions to clients across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, utilities and logistics sectors.
