flyExclusive names Brian P. Reid as chief commercial officer
flyExclusive, Inc. (NYSE American: FLYX) has appointed Brian P. Reid as Chief Commercial Officer, effective August 24, 2026, according to a company statement.
Reid will oversee Jet Club, Fractional, Retail Charter, Marketing, Fleet Development, and Member Services. He brings more than 30 years of experience across private aviation, luxury real estate, financial services, and consumer engagement technology.
Previously, Reid served as Executive Vice President at a membership-based private aviation platform, where he secured partnerships with American Express, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Costco. He later served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Thomas James Homes and most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at a private aviation marketplace.

The appointment follows what the company described as its strongest quarter as a public company. In the second quarter of 2026, flyExclusive reported revenue of $111.1 million, up 22% year over year, and Adjusted EBITDA of $4.2 million, a $9.4 million improvement over the prior-year period. Gross margin expanded more than 500 basis points to 20.4%, while flight hours grew 8% on a fleet 6% smaller than a year ago.
The company has guided to Adjusted EBITDA of $5 million to $7 million for the third quarter of 2026.
