dELiA*s (DLIA) Expands Board with Two New Appointments

dELiA*s, Inc. (Nasdaq: DLIA) appoints the following two shareholder representatives to its Board of Directors effective March 25, 2011. The two new directors are Michael Zimmerman, the founder and chief executive officer of Prentice Capital Management, LP, and Mario Ciampi, the managing partner of Prentice Capital Management, LP.

The appoints increase dELiA*s Board from five to seven.
