Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS) has appointed James (Jay) Saccaro as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 17, 2026, according to a company statement.

Joseph, who joined Zoetis five years ago, said he remains "confident in Zoetis' strategy, people and long-term opportunities."
