ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZLTQ) has appointed Mark J. Foley as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Foley previously served as Interim President and CEO since April 2012 and as a member of the Board of Directors since 2009.
