Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX) announced Chuck Butler will become Chief Financial Officer effective December 3, 2025, replacing Mirlanda Gecaj, who will depart December 2 to pursue new opportunities.
Butler will retain leadership of the Global Business Services organization in addition to his CFO duties. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lexmark, which Xerox acquired in July 2025.
"Mirlanda has played a meaningful role in guiding the company through an important period of transformation," said Steve Bandrowczak, Xerox CEO. "On behalf of the Board and leadership team, I thank her for her leadership and contributions."
Bandrowczak described Butler as "a trusted leader with deep expertise and a strong record of driving operational excellence" who will help advance the company's growth phase.
The appointment is part of Xerox's effort to align its leadership structure with strategic priorities and strengthen operational integration across the enterprise. Butler will report directly to CEO Bandrowczak.
The leadership change occurs as Xerox continues implementing what it calls "Reinvention," a transformation initiative. The company operates as a services-led, software-enabled business providing print, digital, and AI-driven workplace technologies.
