Winnebago Industries names Simone Silva VP of aftermarket experience

Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) has appointed Simone Silva as vice president of aftermarket and enterprise customer experience, effective October 15, 2026, according to a company statement.

The role is newly created and will focus on growing Winnebago's aftermarket business across its brand portfolio while developing a unified approach to customer experience. Silva will work across business units to support owner engagement and the post-purchase ownership journey.

Silva brings more than two decades of customer service experience to the position. She most recently served as vice president of quality and customer experience at Newmar, a luxury recreational vehicle brand. Before that, she held global leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation and Volkswagen, overseeing customer experience, consumer services, and quality functions across multiple brands.

Amber Holm, chief marketing and experience officer at Winnebago Industries, said Silva has "a proven track record of building customer-focused organizations and leading transformational change."

"Our portfolio includes some of the most trusted and respected brands in outdoor recreation," Silva said. "I'm excited to join the team and help build on that foundation by creating an even better ownership experience for customers."

Winnebago Industries manufactures motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth-wheel products, powerboats, and pontoons under the Winnebago, Grand Design, Chris-Craft, Newmar, and Barletta brands, with facilities in Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota, and Florida.
