Vyome Holdings names Jerry Leonard as CFO, effective Sept. 1

Vyome Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: HIND), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Jerry Leonard as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Leonard succeeds Robert Dickey IV, who had served as Interim CFO since August 2025.
Leonard brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management, SEC reporting, and corporate governance. He is the founder and CEO of ClearBridgeCFO, a financial leadership firm. He previously served as CFO and Secretary of VSee Health following its 2024 business combination, and held CFO roles at iDoc Virtual Telehealth Solutions and VSee Lab.
Earlier in his career, Leonard spent more than a decade as Vice President of Finance in the asset management business of Voya Financial, and held finance positions at IBM and Colgate-Palmolive. He began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Leonard holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant.
In his new role, Leonard will oversee financial operations, financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, and related corporate governance responsibilities at Vyome.
