U.S. Bank hires Jodi Rolland as president of affluent wealth unit

U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) announced that Jodi Rolland joined the company September 22 as President, Affluent Wealth Management. She will assume the role of CEO for U.S. Bancorp Investments and U.S. Bancorp Advisors, with the effective date to be announced later.
In her new position, Rolland oversees the nationwide network of U.S. Bank Wealth Management Affluent financial professionals across U.S. Bank and its affiliates.
Rolland brings more than 25 years of industry experience in wealth management leadership and growth strategy development. She most recently served as managing director and divisional director for consumer banking at JPMorgan Chase, where she oversaw retail banking operations for the Greater West region. Prior to JPMorgan, Rolland spent over two decades at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various wealth management leadership roles, including leading a team of commercial bankers.
"Jodi's strong background in wealth management, along with her experience in both consumer and commercial banking, will help us deepen our relationships with clients and grow our business," said Scott Ford, president of Wealth Management at U.S. Bank.
Rolland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management from the University of North Dakota, graduating magna cum laude. She serves on the University of North Dakota Foundation board and has previously served on boards for the Garth Brooks Touch 'Em All Foundation and Habitat for Humanity in Denver.
U.S. Bancorp, headquartered in Minneapolis, reported approximately $686 billion in assets as of June 30, 2025. The company serves customers through consumer banking, business banking, commercial banking, institutional banking, payments and wealth management services.
