Tredegar unit Bonnell Aluminum names new leadership ahead of retirement

Bonnell Aluminum, a subsidiary of Tredegar Corporation (NYSE: TG), announced leadership changes with President Brook Hamilton set to retire in July 2026 and Carl Czarnik promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager effective June 15, 2026.
Hamilton has served as Bonnell's president since 2013 and joined the company in 2005. Czarnik joined Bonnell in 2019 as Vice President of Operations and previously held positions at Gerdau Long Steel and Gerdau North America. He served in the U.S. military from 1987 to 1994, including active duty during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
In his new role, Czarnik will oversee Bonnell's profit and loss performance, operational execution, and strategic direction. The company manufactures custom-fabricated and finished aluminum extrusions for building and construction, automotive and transportation, consumer durables, machinery and equipment, and electrical and distribution markets.
Bonnell operates manufacturing facilities in Georgia, Tennessee, Michigan, Indiana, and Utah. The announcement was based on a company press release statement.
