TransGlobal Assets names Christopher Villareale as president
TransGlobal Assets Inc. (OTCID: TMSH) appointed Christopher A. Villareale as president, effective February 23, 2026, according to a company press release. The appointment follows the company's acquisition of M Love Vintage Holdings, Inc. on February 26, 2026.

The company also plans to participate in fashion shows and develop proprietary designs for licensing.
