May 8, 2026 4:05 PM EDT

TransAct Technologies Incorporated (NASDAQ: TACT) announced Robert Campbell will become Chief Financial Officer effective June 30, 2026, when current CFO Steven DeMartino retires after nearly 30 years with the company.

Campbell currently serves as the company's Controller, a position he has held since June 2022. He was also named Principal Accounting Officer effective immediately, replacing William DeFrances who will retire later this year.

DeMartino, who serves as President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, will remain in an advisory role through the end of 2026 to support the transition. Upon DeMartino's retirement, CEO John Dillon will assume the President title while Campbell takes over as CFO, Secretary and Treasurer.

Campbell brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across publicly traded and privately held manufacturing organizations. Before joining TransAct, he held senior finance roles at Lydall, Inc., including Director of Global Treasury and Director of Corporate Accounting. He previously worked at Fischer Technology Inc. and Axsys Technologies, Inc., and began his career in public accounting. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.

The Hamden, Connecticut-based company provides cloud-based software and integrated hardware solutions. Its BOHA! platform serves over 19,000 foodservice locations worldwide, while its EPIC solutions serve the casino and gaming market.

The leadership changes come as TransAct focuses on expanding its recurring revenue model through its cloud-based software platforms, according to the company's announcement.
