Title Resources Group names Brian Ruzycki as chief technology officer

Title Resources Group (TRG), a title insurance underwriter based in Irving, Texas, has appointed Brian Ruzycki as its Chief Technology Officer, a newly created position in which he will oversee the company's technology organization.

Ruzycki brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in mortgage lending, servicing, capital markets, fintech, cloud-based software, and real estate technology. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at MAXEX, where he led the company's technology platform, cloud infrastructure strategy, and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Prior to MAXEX, Ruzycki held senior technology roles at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC, Homeowners Financial Group, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Carrington Mortgage Holdings, and Xome.

Kevin Wall, TRG's Chief Executive Officer, said in a statement that the addition of a CTO represents "an important milestone for TRG, strengthening executive leadership in technology, governance and innovation."

Ruzycki holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and has completed executive leadership training through the Center for Creative Leadership. He also serves as a mentor in the University of Texas at Dallas MBA Mentorship Program.

TRG's affiliate partners include Anywhere Real Estate, a subsidiary of Compass International Holdings (NYSE: COMP), HomeServices of America, Lennar (NYSE: LEN, LEN.B), and Opendoor Technologies (NYSE: OPEN).
