Telescope Innovations names Vaso Vlachos as chief operating officer

Telescope Innovations Corp. (CSE: TELI) (OTCQB: TELIF) (FSE: J4U) appointed Vaso Vlachos as chief operating officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.



Vlachos brings over 20 years of experience in automation and analytical technology for biopharmaceutical and chemical industries. She previously served as Global Head of Mettler-Toledo AutoChem's Real-Time Analytics business and led market development for Mettler-Toledo's EasySampler probe, which is integrated into Telescope's DirectInject-LC product.



The company reported that DirectInject-LC sales opportunities doubled in the third fiscal quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. Commercial operations have expanded from the United States and Canada to Europe, Japan, and China.



Telescope is developing self-driving laboratory deployments with partners including Pfizer and has advanced two lithium refinement technologies from research and development to lab piloting and customer sampling phases.



"Ms. Vlachos brings exactly the kind of hands-on, market-connected operating leadership we need as we scale DirectInject-LC globally," said Henry Dubina, CEO and chairman.



The company announced that Dr. Jeff Sherman, the previous COO, will continue supporting Telescope in an advisory capacity.



Telescope also granted 518,140 stock options to one consultant and five employees at an exercise price of $0.43, exercisable until September 2, 2030, in accordance with the company's equity incentive plan.



Vancouver-based Telescope Innovations develops manufacturing processes and automation tools for pharmaceutical and chemical industries, including robotic platforms and artificial intelligence software.
