Team promotes Daniel Dolson to lead transformation efforts

Team Inc. (NYSE: TISI) promoted Daniel Dolson to Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer to lead the company's transformation efforts, according to a company statement.
The Sugar Land, Texas-based industrial services provider outlined transformation goals including improving critical processes, generating annual cost savings and margin improvements, and increasing focus on commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.
Dolson joined Team in October 2024 and brings over 25 years of operational and financial experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President at Dayton Superior Corporation, where he led commercial efforts to improve margins and operating EBITDA. Earlier in his career, he worked as Vice President - Operations Controller at Associated Materials LLC. Dolson holds a BA in Accounting from Kent State University and began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP.
"Dan's unique skill set and experience in leading successful transformations is well suited for this role and the Board looks forward to his contributions in leading this transformation at TEAM," said Michael J. Caliel, Team's Executive Chair of the Board.
In his new role, Dolson will continue reporting to Chief Executive Officer Keith D. Tucker while also providing regular reports to the Board of Directors on transformation progress.
Team provides specialty industrial services including mechanical, heat-treating, and inspection services to customers in more than 20 countries.
