Teads Holding Co. (Nasdaq: TEAD) announced the appointment of Michael Coyle as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 11, 2026, succeeding Jason Kiviat, who is stepping down after 13 years in the role.

Kiviat will remain with the company in a transitional and advisory capacity for several months to support the handover.

"I am stepping into this role because I believe in the company's strategic plan and its ability to capture the opportunities ahead," Coyle said in a statement.

Teads is headquartered in New York and employs approximately 1,700 people across more than 30 countries.
