TV ONE NETWORKS names Keith Hopkins VP of content distribution
TV One Networks announced the appointment of Keith Hopkins as Vice President of Content Distribution & Marketing, according to a company statement released February 24.

In his new position, Hopkins will oversee distribution and partnership marketing strategy across linear and digital platforms for TV One and CLEO TV networks, both domestically and internationally.
At Roku, Hopkins led sports and news distribution strategy, securing licensing agreements and launching SVOD, AVOD, and FAST channels. During his tenure at Nexstar Media Group, he managed distribution marketing and sales while establishing the company's streaming presence across virtual MVPDs.
"Keith is a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the evolving media ecosystem," said Michelle L. Rice, President of TV One and CLEO TV. "His proven ability to drive growth across traditional and emerging platforms makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team."
TV One Networks operates TV One, which launched in January 2004 and reaches 35 million households, and CLEO TV, launched in January 2019 with the same household reach. Both networks are owned by Urban One, Inc. (NASDAQ: UONE and UONEK), which describes itself as the largest African American owned and operated multimedia company.
TV One targets diverse audiences with original programming and classic series, while CLEO TV focuses on lifestyle and entertainment content for millennial and Gen X women of color.
