Sylogist appoints David Miller as COO and incoming CFO

Sylogist Ltd. (TSX: SYZ) announced the appointment of David Miller, CPA, CA, as Chief Operating Officer, effective October 19, 2026. Miller will also assume the role of Chief Financial Officer following the departure of current CFO Sujeet Kini, who will leave the company on November 13, 2026.

Miller brings more than two decades of financial and operational experience at public and private technology companies. He most recently served as COO and CFO of MediaValet Inc. (formerly TSX: MVP), where he negotiated the company's $80 million sale. He has also held the role of CFO and board member at VueReal Inc., with experience that includes capital raising, IPOs, and acquisitions.

Kini will remain with the company through November 13, 2026, to oversee the completion and filing of Sylogist's third-quarter 2026 financial results, ensuring an orderly transition.

Sylogist provides SaaS solutions to public sector customers in the government, nonprofit, and education segments.
