Sweetgreen names Molly Baz first Chef in Residence

Sweetgreen (NYSE: SG) has named cookbook author and recipe developer Molly Baz as its first Chef in Residence, launching a limited-edition menu of three new items available at all locations from September 29 through November 9.

The menu features Baz's dill pickle chicken salad, which marks the first chicken salad offering at Sweetgreen, made with Ayoh Dill Pickle Mayo — a product from Baz's own mayo brand. The three items are Molly's Big Dill Caesar Wrap, Molly's Pickle Caesar Sal, and Molly's Double Chick Scoop.

Zipporah Allen, Chief Commercial Officer at Sweetgreen, said in a statement that Baz is "the first of many voices we'll welcome through our new Chef Residency."

Customers can order through Sweetgreen restaurants, its app, or its website. Sweetgreen operates more than 285 locations nationwide.
