Stoneridge names Scott Humphrey as chief financial officer

Stoneridge Inc. (NYSE: SRI) appointed Scott Humphrey as chief financial officer and treasurer, the company announced. Humphrey will oversee the global finance organization at the automotive electronics supplier based in Novi, Michigan.
Humphrey brings more than 25 years of experience in international finance, treasury and operations management across public and private equity-owned companies. He most recently served as chief financial officer at Fox Factory Holding Corporation, where he supported the company's growth through acquisitions and enhanced financial infrastructure.
The new CFO holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Boston College and an MBA from Georgetown University. Prior to Fox Factory, he served as interim CFO at Hibbett Sports and previously held the CFO role at Ciner Resources LP.
"Scott's appointment further strengthens our executive team at a pivotal stage in Stoneridge's growth," said Natalia Noblet, president and CEO of Stoneridge. "His extensive financial leadership experience, strategic mindset and proven track record of driving growth will be invaluable as we continue advancing our business."
Humphrey said he looks forward to joining Stoneridge to improve profitability and develop the company's technology portfolio. "I am committed to driving efficiencies and bringing a disciplined, value-creation mindset to deliver sustainable long-term performance," he stated.
The company thanked Bob Hartman for serving as interim chief financial officer since April 1. Hartman will continue as chief accounting officer following the transition.
Stoneridge supplies electronic systems and technologies for vehicle intelligence and safety across on- and off-highway transportation sectors globally.
