Stoneridge Inc. (NYSE: SRI) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Zizelman will retire on May 20, 2026, after nearly seven years with the company. The board of directors has appointed Natalia Noblet, current president of Stoneridge Electronics, as his successor.
Zizelman will continue as president and CEO until March 31, 2026, then transition to strategic advisor. Noblet will assume the CEO role and join the board of directors on April 1, 2026. Zizelman will remain on the board and be nominated for reelection at the 2026 annual shareholders meeting.
Noblet joined Stoneridge in September 2024 as president of the Electronics segment. She previously spent nearly two decades at WABCO in various senior roles across operations, sourcing, quality and project management. Following WABCO's acquisition by ZF in 2020, she held senior leadership positions including senior vice president of ZF's Commercial Vehicle Solutions division, overseeing the EMEA region's operations.
Zizelman joined Stoneridge in 2019 and served as president of Control Devices beginning in 2020 before being named CEO in January 2023. During his tenure, he led the transformation of the segment's product lines and technology roadmap with focus on electrification and operational excellence.
"Over the past year and a half, Natalia has led the Electronics segment with focus and discipline, making this a natural and well-prepared transition," said Bill Lasky, chairman of Stoneridge's board of directors.
The leadership transition follows the company's recent sale of its Control Devices segment. Stoneridge, headquartered in Novi, Michigan, supplies electronic systems and technologies for transportation sectors.
