Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE: STC) announced today the appointment of chief compliance officer Patrick Thesing. Thesing, having worked with Stewart for more than 19 years, brings a wealth of legal expertise and industry experience to oversee Stewart’s corporate compliance program.
As CCO, Thesing will be responsible for the continued development of Stewart’s corporate compliance and risk management programs. This includes communicating, institutionalizing and monitoring standards and procedures across the company to maintain compliance and manage risk throughout all areas.
