SoftwareOne names Regina Manfredi president of Americas region
SoftwareOne (SIX/Oslo: SWON) announced Regina Manfredi as President Americas, effective September 1, 2026, expanding her leadership scope to include the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The role has been elevated to the Executive Board level.
Manfredi joined SoftwareOne in 2023 and most recently served as President North America. According to the company, she returned that region to growth within six months of taking the role.
The appointment coincides with SoftwareOne reporting first-half 2026 revenue growth of 11.6% and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion of 4.5 percentage points year-over-year.
CEO Raphael Erb said in a statement: "Regina has proven she can deliver results - she brought NORAM back to growth in record time by putting customers, partners, and employees first."
Manfredi brings 18 years of technology industry experience, including work in cloud and AI ecosystems and partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google. She was named a 2026 CRN Women of the Channel Solution Provider Power 80 honoree. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Houston and is currently enrolled in the Agentic AI Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
SoftwareOne is headquartered in Switzerland and operates in more than 70 countries with approximately 12,000 employees.
