SkyAI names Arthur Levine as chief financial officer
SkyAI Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYA) appointed Arthur Levine as chief financial officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Levine brings more than 30 years of finance experience across fintech, software, healthcare and other high-growth industries. He previously served as CFO of EzFill Holdings Inc., where he led the company's initial public offering during a period when revenue grew approximately 400%. He also served as CFO of Sensus Healthcare Inc., where he guided the company's IPO and subsequent follow-on financing.
"Arthur brings significant experience helping public and early-stage companies scale through transformational periods, and his leadership will play an important role as we continue advancing our platform globally," said Alice Zhang, chief investment officer of SkyAI.
Throughout his career, Levine has guided companies through IPOs, capital raises and scaling initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a certified public accountant in New York.
SkyAI describes itself as building financial technology for emerging markets across Asia, Latin America and Africa. The company combines stablecoin technology with artificial intelligence to provide financial services to underbanked users.

The appointment represents the latest step in building out the company's leadership team as it pursues global expansion initiatives, according to the statement.
