Skkynet names Gary Tillery as CEO to drive industrial AI expansion

Skkynet Cloud Systems Inc. (OTCQB: SKKY) appointed Gary Tillery as chief executive officer, effective immediately, the company announced. Tillery has served on the company's board of directors since June 2025.



Tillery brings 35 years of executive experience in digital transformation, industrial software, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as senior director of strategic portfolio partners and M&A at AVEVA, a global industrial software company and subsidiary of Schneider Electric.



The appointment comes as Skkynet expands into Industry 4.0 and industrial AI markets. Paul Thomas will continue as president, focusing on product vision and core technology development.



"Since joining the Board, Gary has demonstrated a profound understanding of our market potential and the operational discipline required to scale a global technology company," said Xavier Mesrobian, chairman of the board.



As CEO, Tillery will focus on expanding the company's global presence, strengthening channel partner relationships, and driving adoption of Skkynet's data connectivity solutions in manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors.



Skkynet provides real-time data communication technology for industrial systems. The company's platform connects plant systems, cloud platforms, and AI to enable operations across industrial verticals.
