SiriusPoint names Rachel Winoski as chief human resources officer

SiriusPoint Ltd. (NYSE: SPNT) has appointed Rachel Winoski as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 5, 2026, according to a company statement.

Winoski will be based in New York and will join the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Scott Egan. She previously served as Chief HR Officer for the Americas at AXA XL.

The company said Winoski brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience in the insurance industry, including organizational transformation, acquisitions and integrations, and building global HR functions.

Winoski succeeds Sarah Smith, who has served as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2026. Smith will continue in a role as HR Director focused on the company's UK and European operations.

"Rachel is an outstanding addition to SiriusPoint. She brings deep HR leadership experience, and a strong track record of building high-performing teams and cultures," Egan said in the statement.

SiriusPoint is headquartered in Bermuda, with offices in New York, London, Stockholm, and other locations.
