Silver Elephant names Stephanie Lee as vice president legal
Silver Elephant Mining Corp. (TSX: ELEF) (OTCQB: SILEF) (FSE: 1P2) appointed Stephanie Lee as vice president legal, effective October 10, 2025, according to a company statement.
Lee brings eight years of experience in corporate finance, securities and corporate governance, with focus on mining and natural resources clients. She previously worked at a national law firm advising public and private issuers on financings, disclosure, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
In her new position, Lee will oversee the company's legal affairs and provide strategic counsel to support operations and growth initiatives across Silver Elephant's project portfolio.
The company also announced that Alex Bayer will step down as chief legal officer effective October 25, 2025. Bayer will remain available as a consultant following his departure.
Silver Elephant is a mineral exploration company with gold and silver projects in Bolivia.
