SharkNinja appoints Adam Quigley as chief financial officer

SharkNinja Inc. (NYSE: SN) appointed Adam Quigley as chief financial officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Quigley had served as interim CFO since September and will report to Chief Executive Officer Mark Barrocas. He has been with the Needham, Massachusetts-based company for nearly 11 years, joining in 2015.
During his tenure, Quigley held progressive leadership roles in the finance organization, including senior vice president of finance and global business planning, and senior vice president of global financial planning and analysis and strategic finance. His responsibilities included overseeing the company's business sale in 2017, its Hong Kong exchange listing in 2019, and developing tariff mitigation strategies.
"Adam has been instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and strengthening our global operations over the past 11 years," Barrocas said in the statement. "His exceptional financial acumen, strategic depth, and steady leadership have helped guide the company through periods of significant growth and transformation."
Quigley holds bachelor of science degrees in finance and management from Arizona State University and an MBA in strategy and finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
SharkNinja designs and manufactures consumer products under the Shark and Ninja brands. The company operates globally with more than 3,600 employees and sells products through retailers and distributors worldwide.
