ServiceTitan names Rikus Pretorius as its next chief revenue officer

September 8, 2026 4:05 PM EDT

ServiceTitan (Nasdaq: TTAN) announced the appointment of Rikus Pretorius as Chief Revenue Officer, effective at the start of the company's fiscal fourth quarter, according to a press release.

Pretorius has served as ServiceTitan's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for over seven years and has been with the company since 2019. He succeeds Ross Biestman, who held the CRO role for nearly a decade.

Biestman will step back from his active operating role at the end of the company's fiscal third quarter but will remain with ServiceTitan as an advisor through the end of fiscal 2027.

"Few people know our business and our customers as well as Rikus does," said Ara Mahdessian, CEO and Co-Founder of ServiceTitan. "His deep operational experience gives him a rare vantage point on what our customers need and where the industry is heading."

Biestman joined ServiceTitan in 2018, during which time the company grew from under $30 million in annual recurring revenue to over $1 billion in annualized revenue run rate and completed an initial public offering.

"Having spent the last seven years working alongside Ross to build ServiceTitan's sales team and strategy, I am energized and humbled to take on this new role," Pretorius said.
