ServiceNow names Simon Mouyal as chief marketing officer

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) has appointed Simon Mouyal as Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.



Mouyal most recently served as CMO at Armis, a cybersecurity company. Before that, he held the CMO role at CyberArk, athenahealth, and held marketing and sales leadership positions at Microsoft, Rackspace, and HP. He holds an MBA from Grenoble Graduate School of Business.



In his new role, Mouyal will oversee ServiceNow's global marketing and communications organization and will report directly to Chairman and CEO Bill McDermott, serving on the executive leadership team.



"Simon is a proven category leader who knows how to turn breakthrough innovation into market leadership," McDermott said. "He combines deep expertise in cybersecurity with world-class storytelling to build iconic brands, showcase value, and supercharge demand."



Mouyal has been named Corporate Marketer of the Year by the Association of National Advertisers and recognized as one of the 100 most innovative CMOs in the world, according to the statement.
