SCI Engineered Materials names Shelby Yohn as CFO

SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. (OTCQB: SCIA) announced that its Board of Directors elected Shelby Yohn as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary, effective April 2, 2026. Yohn will succeed Gerald S. Blaskie, who plans to retire after 25 years with the company.

Yohn joined SCI Engineered Materials in August 2024 as Director of Accounting. From 2014 to 2024, she worked at Sanoh America Inc., a subsidiary of Sanoh Industrial Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Stock Exchange: 6584.T), where she held positions including Corporate Group Controller, Plant Controller and Financial Analyst.

She holds a Master of Professional Practices of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University.

SCI Engineered Materials manufactures advanced materials for PVD thin film applications and develops customized solutions for end users and original equipment manufacturers.
