RxSight reports Q4 revenue of $32.6 million, names new CFO

RxSight Inc. (NASDAQ: RXST) reported preliminary fourth quarter 2025 revenue of approximately $32.6 million and appointed Mark Wilterding as chief financial officer, effective January 11, 2026.
The ophthalmic medical device company sold 28,611 Light Adjustable Lenses during the fourth quarter, representing a 10% increase in procedure volume compared to the third quarter of 2025. The company also sold 25 Light Delivery Devices, expanding its installed base to 1,134 units as of December 31, 2025.
For the full year 2025, RxSight expects revenue of approximately $134.5 million, exceeding its November guidance range of $125 million to $130 million. The company sold 109,615 Light Adjustable Lenses during 2025, a 12% increase compared to 2024, and 163 Light Delivery Devices.
Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments are expected to total $228.1 million as of December 31, 2025. The financial results are preliminary and subject to completion of the company's 2025 audit.
Wilterding brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, most recently serving as senior vice president of global finance at Edwards Lifesciences since 2019. At Edwards, he oversaw investor relations, financial planning and analysis, treasury, financial operations and strategy, and regional finance teams. He previously worked at Medtronic and spent 15 years at Citi and Credit Suisse.
The company said it has achieved approximately 10% share of the premium intraocular lens market and adoption by over 25% of U.S. cataract surgeons. Shelley Thunen, the previous chief financial officer, will support the company in a consulting capacity.
RxSight plans to announce audited full-year 2025 financial results and 2026 guidance in February 2026.
