Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) announced the promotion of Jesse Green to chief revenue officer, effective immediately. Green previously served as president of Rubrik Americas and will now lead the company's global revenue organization.
Green succeeds Brian McCarthy, who is leaving for another opportunity. Green brings nearly 25 years of go-to-market leadership experience, including nearly three years at Rubrik and previous roles at MongoDB, AppDynamics, and BMC Software.
"Following our record third quarter, we just delivered a very strong fourth quarter with preliminary financial results exceeding all guided metrics," said Bipul Sinha, Rubrik's chief executive officer, chairman, and co-founder.
The company reported that its preliminary fourth quarter results exceeded all guidance metrics, though specific financial figures were not disclosed. Rubrik is scheduled to report fourth quarter and fiscal year 2026 results on March 12, 2026.
Rubrik provides cyber resilience and AI operations platforms for data protection and enterprise AI acceleration. The company has expanded through acquisitions, including Predibase and Laminar. IDC recently recognized Rubrik as a leader in its MarketScape: Worldwide Cyber-Recovery 2025 Vendor Assessment.
The preliminary financial results are subject to revision during the company's financial closing procedures and finalization of consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, according to the company's disclosure.
