Rimini Street names new COO and CDO to expand leadership team

Rimini Street, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMNI) has appointed Keith Costello as executive vice president and chief operating officer and Alexander Guasch as executive vice president and chief delivery officer, according to a company statement.

Costello brings experience from roles including president of enterprise applications at DXC Technology and general manager of IBM's global SAP business unit. He also spent eight years at SAP in senior leadership positions. As COO, he will oversee product strategy, professional services sales and global business operations previously managed by president and CEO Seth Ravin.

"It's an exciting time at Rimini Street," Costello said. "I'm looking forward to working with the global team to scale operations, strengthen execution and support the company's continued growth worldwide."

Guasch has more than 30 years of experience in global IT service delivery and has held senior roles at HPE, IBM, VMware, Cognizant, Effectual and Optiv. As chief delivery officer, he is responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of all company products, services and solutions worldwide.

"Client success starts with consistent, high-quality delivery, especially for the mission-critical systems that keep global organizations and government clients running smoothly," Guasch said.

Ravin said the two appointments are intended to scale operations and strengthen execution as the company pursues revenue growth and improved profitability.
