RenovoRx Inc. (NASDAQ: RNXT) appointed Mark Voll as chief financial officer, effective February 1, 2026, according to a company statement.
Voll brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience to the Mountain View, California-based life sciences company. He previously served as CFO for multiple publicly traded technology companies and guided organizations through initial public offerings and subsequent acquisitions, including Techwell Inc., Montage Technology, and Aquantia Corporation.
RenovoRx develops targeted oncology therapies and commercializes RenovoCath, an FDA-cleared drug-delivery device. The company reported approximately $900,000 in revenues from RenovoCath sales for the first nine months of 2025, following receipt of its first commercial purchase orders in December 2024.
"During 2025, we moved from being solely a clinical stage company to a commercial one as well," said Shaun Bagai, chief executive officer of RenovoRx. "Mark is therefore joining us at a perfect time as we look to capitalize on our evolving model."
Voll will lead stockholder communications and leverage his experience in budgeting and strategic planning as RenovoRx continues commercialization of RenovoCath while advancing its Phase III TIGeR-PaC clinical trial.
The company is evaluating a drug-device combination product candidate that uses RenovoCath to deliver intra-arterial gemcitabine for cancer treatment. This combination received Orphan Drug Designation for pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer.
Ronald B. Kocak, who previously served as principal accounting officer, will remain with the finance team during a transitional period alongside recently hired Executive Director of Finance Lilly Huang.
