Refresco, a Rotterdam-based beverage solutions provider, announced the appointment of Minsok Pak as President, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, effective July 15, 2026. The newly created position sits on the company's Executive Committee and reports directly to Chief Executive Officer Steve Presley.
In the role, Pak will oversee Refresco's global enterprise strategy, mergers and acquisitions agenda, and a transformation program covering operational performance and commercial effectiveness.
Pak brings 35 years of experience in consumer and retail industries. He most recently served as Global CEO of CJ Foods from 2023 to 2025, leading a business with more than $9.0 billion in revenue operating across more than 75 markets. Earlier roles included Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Mondelēz International, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Target Corporation, and Senior Vice President at The LEGO Group. He spent over two decades as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. Pak holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Oberlin College.
The appointment follows Refresco's recent acquisition of SunOpta, a North American supply chain solutions provider specializing in plant-based and protein manufacturing, which the company said strengthened its North American footprint.
Refresco operates production facilities in North America, Europe, and Australia and employs approximately 16,000 people.
