ReGen III names Brad Kotush as chief financial officer

ReGen III Corp. (TSXV: GIII) (OTCQB: ISRJF) (FSE: PN4) appointed Brad Kotush as chief financial officer, the clean technology company announced. Kotush brings 17 years of experience as a public company CFO.



Kotush previously served as executive vice president and CFO at Home Capital Group Inc. from 2017 to 2024. During his tenure, he helped lead the company through a $1.7 billion privatization that closed in August 2023.



From 2006 to 2017, Kotush held the role of executive vice president, CFO and chief risk officer at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., where he executed more than $750 million in acquisitions and expanded the company's presence from two to ten countries.



ReGen III granted Kotush 1 million stock options at an exercise price of $0.19 per option, valid for five years. The options will vest over four years and may be accelerated based on performance milestones set by the board of directors.



Rick Low stepped down as CFO effective August 5, 2025, and will remain available in an advisory capacity for up to six months. Mark Redcliffe also stepped away as executive vice president and chief strategy officer but will continue supporting the company as a consultant.



ReGen III specializes in upcycling used motor oil into Group III base oils using its patented technology. The company has completed front-end engineering design for a proposed 5,600 barrels per day facility in Texas City, Texas.
