November 2, 2026 6:32 AM EST

Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSXV: RDS) (OTCQX: RMRDF) has appointed Simon Gélinas as Vice President, Operations, according to a company statement. Gélinas will oversee the Advanced Underground Exploration Program at the company's 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project in the Abitibi region of Quebec.

Gélinas previously served as Mine Manager at Canadian Royalties Inc.'s Nunavik Nickel Mine and held senior roles at Stornoway Diamond Corporation's Renard Diamond Mine for more than nine years, ending as Manager of Mining Operations and Engineering. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and an MBA from Université Laval.

The Advanced Underground Exploration Program calls for an access ramp and underground infrastructure to an expected vertical depth of 300 metres. The program will assess geological continuity, ground conditions, geo-metallurgical domaining, and potential mining methodologies. No mining stopes will be developed, though development drives are expected to recover several thousand tonnes of mineralized material for processing. Surface infrastructure will include waste rock stockpiles, electrical distribution, water management, and temporary contractor facilities.

Preliminary engineering has begun ahead of a planned permitting process in 2027, subject to Quebec provincial regulatory oversight. Community and stakeholder information sessions are scheduled to begin in December 2026. Radisson said it expects to fund the program through existing treasury, anticipated tax recoveries, and proceeds from gold recovered during development.

In connection with the appointment, the board authorized a grant of 800,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.90 per share, exercisable for five years, along with 200,000 restricted share units. Both vest in thirds on the grant date, the first anniversary, and the second anniversary.

The company also reported that 5,430,431 share purchase warrants were exercised during 2026 at $0.37 per warrant, generating total proceeds of $2,009,259. As of the announcement date, Radisson had 514,568,162 common shares issued and outstanding.
