Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT) has appointed David Buss as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, the company announced. Buss brings more than 30 years of experience in transportation and logistics, including roles in operations, strategic planning, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.

Buss most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the North America Cluster for DB Schenker, where he led the U.S. division and helped improve operating margin by more than 200% over a five-year period. He also served on the integration steering committee for DB Schenker's acquisition of USA Truck, completed in September 2022.

In his new role, Buss will work with Radiant's business unit leaders and report to Founder and CEO Bohn Crain. Crain cited the company's recently renewed $200 million credit facility and existing $150 million equity shelf as resources supporting acquisition and organic growth initiatives.
