RCI Hospitality names Reese interim CEO, Molina interim CFO

RCI Hospitality Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: RICK) announced its board of directors appointed Travis Reese as interim president and CEO and Albert Molina as interim CFO. Eric Langan stepped down as president and CEO, while Bradley Chhay departed as CFO.
Langan will remain on the board and continue as a company employee, advising subsidiaries on strategic corporate transactions and acquisition opportunities. Chhay will stay with the company to provide guidance on financial budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Reese joined RCI as executive vice president and board member in 1999. During his tenure, he has overseen information technology operations and helped develop the company's intranet, permit tracking and incident reporting systems.
Molina has served as director of financial reporting since joining RCI in 2016, working on SEC and financial reporting matters. His previous experience includes managing financial reporting and technical accounting departments at publicly traded restaurant and retail companies from 2007 to 2016, both based in Houston. He also held controller and senior financial analyst positions at publicly traded companies in Florida from 2003 to 2006.
The Houston-based company operates more than 60 locations of adult nightclubs and sports bars through its subsidiaries, according to the press release.
