Procare Solutions names Sam Loveland as chief customer officer

Procare Solutions, a child care management software company, appointed Sam Loveland as chief customer officer, the company announced September 30. Loveland will oversee customer experience initiatives and help early childhood education providers maximize benefits from Procare's software platform.



Loveland previously served as chief customer officer at Salesloft, where she managed customer success, renewals, professional services, alliances, support and training functions. She also led ServiceNow's customer success organization, directing a 500-member global team focused on product adoption and customer value delivery.



Her career includes leadership roles at Salesforce, Yammer, FinancialForce and more than eight years at Deloitte Consulting specializing in customer relationship management strategy. She began her career as a software developer for global financial institutions.

"With her proven expertise in building customer success programs, Sam will play a key role in supporting our expanding community of early childhood educators across the nation."



Loveland holds a Bachelor of Arts in quantitative economics from the University of California San Diego and an MBA from Columbia University.
