July 7, 2026 4:10 PM EDT

Primo Brands Corporation (NYSE: PRMB) announced leadership changes on July 7, 2026, including the appointment of a new president and the elimination of its chief operating officer position.

Vaughn Dickinson has joined the company as President of Customer Direct & Go-to-Market, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Eric Foss. Dickinson previously held leadership roles at PepsiCo and other consumer goods companies.

The company said the COO role will be eliminated as part of a move to a streamlined leadership structure. Current COO Robert Austin will remain with the company through December 31, 2026 to support the transition.

"As we continue to build Primo Brands, we are moving beyond integration and transformation and into the disciplined work of running and building the business for the future," Foss said in a statement.

Foss also noted that the company's Direct Delivery channel is "on pace to return to modest comparable growth in the second half of the year."

Primo Brands is a North American beverage company whose portfolio includes Poland Spring, Pure Life, Saratoga, and several regional water brands. The company distributes products across retail outlets and delivers directly to homes and businesses across the U.S. and Canada.
