Powermax Minerals names new CFO, begins OTCQB trading
Powermax Minerals Inc. (CSE: PMAX) (OTCQB: PWMXF) (FSE: T23) appointed Kyle Nazareth as chief financial officer effective October 10, 2024, according to a company statement.
Nazareth, who works with Branson Corporate Services, brings over a decade of experience managing public companies and advising on capital market transactions. He succeeds Reena Sall, who served as CFO since the company's inception.
The company's common shares commenced trading on the OTCQB market under ticker symbol "PWMXF" as of October 9, 2025. The shares continue trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under symbol "PMAX."
"Listing Powermax to the OTCQB is a strong endorsement of the Company's positive momentum," said Paul Gorman, Powermax CEO. "Uplisting to the OTCQB Venture Market represents another milestone for our Company and reflects our commitment to transparency, growth, and delivering long-term value to our shareholders."
Powermax also appointed Independent Trading Group, Inc. as a market maker for its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The contract begins October 14, 2025, for a monthly fee of CDN $5,500 with automatic monthly extensions.
The company engaged Euro Digital Media Ltd. for marketing services for up to six months starting October 12, 2024, for a fee of $500,000 plus GST. Euro Digital will create advertising campaigns and manage online marketing activities.
Powermax Minerals is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on rare earth element projects. The company holds options on the Cameron REE Property in British Columbia and the Atikokan REE Property in Ontario, and owns the Ogden Bear Lodge Project in Wyoming.
