Plurilock names Michael Ruiz as CTO and Critical Services head

Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF) appointed Michael Ruiz as Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of Critical Services, effective September 26, according to a company statement.



Ruiz brings more than 20 years of cybersecurity and defense technology experience from senior positions at Honeywell, Raytheon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte. He previously served as a U.S. Army Signals Intelligence Analyst and holds a master's degree in computer and information systems security.



In his dual role, Ruiz will oversee the company's margin expansion strategy by scaling its Critical Services business across North America and international markets. He will manage proposal and capture activities for public sector and defense contracts while expanding solutions within U.S., Canadian, NATO, and commercial markets.

Ruiz stated he plans to apply his federal cybersecurity experience to strengthen the company's work across Canada, the U.S., and allied markets. His appointment was facilitated through Plurilock's board and advisory board network connections.



The Vancouver-based cybersecurity company provides services to government agencies and enterprises, focusing on critical infrastructure protection. Plurilock's Critical Services division delivers cybersecurity consulting and operational services to clients including government agencies and large corporations.
