Plains All American names Dean Liollio as new COO

Plains All American Pipeline (Nasdaq: PAA) and Plains GP Holdings (Nasdaq: PAGP) announced the appointment of Dean Liollio as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective October 2, 2026.

Liollio, 67, succeeds Chris Chandler, who is resigning to pursue other interests. The company stated the departure is not related to any disagreement over operations, policies, or practices.

Liollio has held several roles within Plains since joining in 2008, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Special Projects from June 2024 until his appointment. He previously served as President of Plains Midstream Canada from 2020 to 2024, President of PAA Natural Gas Storage from 2008 to 2020, and President of Plains Gas Solutions from 2016 to 2020.

Before joining Plains, Liollio served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of EnergySouth, Inc., and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Centerpoint's natural gas distribution operations across five states. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
