Pentair names Bob Hau as CFO, effective November 2026

Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) announced that Bob Hau will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026. Bob Fishman, who has been serving as interim CFO, will remain with Pentair through November 1 to assist with the transition.

Hau brings more than 16 years of experience as a CFO at public companies across the technology and industrial sectors. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO at Fiserv from 2016 to 2025. Before that, he held the same role at TE Connectivity from 2012 to 2016, and at Lennox International from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in his career, he spent 22 years at Honeywell International in senior finance roles.

Hau holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marquette University.

Pentair reported revenue of approximately $4.2 billion in 2025 and employs approximately 9,000 people serving customers in more than 150 countries.
